The Vegan Philippines Scale, or simply “V Scale”, allows listing and event owners to show how vegan their product/service/event is. We current have 3 different types: Exclusively vegan, vegan options, and vegan-friendly.

Yes, all listings are saved as a draft and are only published once reviewed by the admin staff.

Any listing can be edited, please just complete the error form found on the listing page or contact us directly.

Only verified owners can request to have their business removed Vegan Philippines.

Yes, you can cancel at any time.

If you’re on a monthly plan, just provide us with your 30 days notice via email, your payments will stop after the notice period and your listing will be removed. If you’ve paid for the annual plan, please contact us with at least 30 days notices, and you listing will be removed at the end of the subscription period.

Verified badges are optional, and are only award to the verified owners of the business, not the listing. To verify your listing, please get in touch with us.

Al event posts are free! Anyone can post an even on Vegan Philippines, just create an account to get started.

Yes, certainly. These event posts will still be free for you to publish.

Events will automatically be removed sometime after their end date. Should you wish to remove the event before or during the time, please contact us using the error form found on the event page, or contact us directly, and explain why you want to remove the event.

Events that have passed will soon be removed from our website.

Yes, but you will have to do this manually for each event.

You can create an account by selecting a free or paid package, or registering. You will then have access to your own personal dashboard where you can add listings and events.

There are multiple profiles that allow different levels of access. If you would like to upgrade your profile, you can do so from your account.

Payments are done on an automatic subscription basis via Stripe. Payments will be taken once per month/per year, depending on your package, unless canceled. Once canceled your listing will be removed.

Yes, if you wish to cancel your account, please contact us, we’d be happy to assist you.

Once you make the payment, please allow 24 hours for your premium account to be activated. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
